Description of the project
The grinding phase represents the last phase of the production process of F.lli Cinotti srl. The project has a direct impact on this phase, since the new machine allows to guarantee both the continuity of supplies and to improve performances in terms of product quality.

Objectives
The primary objective of the investment is to satisfy the requests of the customers who demand more and more efforts from us in terms of punctuality, quality and competitive prices. With the integration of another grinding unit for the sealing grooves (a process that has always been carried out on the lathe), oil leaks in the seals that the lathe leaves on the bottom and sides of the grooves will be avoided.

Results
The new machine allows to work with different types of grinding wheel according to the material to be processed; therefore the goal of further enhancing this aspect of the production process has been fully achieved. The innovation of process and product will surely help the company to be more competitive and will lead to the acquisition of new customers and their satisfaction.
